There are four major windows:
- Product List View
- Market Info View
- Detail View
- New Item View
The Market Info View is at the bottom. All the other three windows are in the top half. They can be switched by the view switch toolbar.

Product List View
The product list view displays all the items in a table in the upper half of the window. The column can be resized by positioning mouse in the column boundary of header row and dragging the mouse. The columns can be customized by configuring display columns. Use Edit / Option menu or the pop up menu / Customize Columns.

Find
Perform a context search. You can define the search in all fields or a selected data field.
Fetch Amazon market info …
Get the product and market competition information from Amazon.com for the selected items.
Select All
Select all items in the product list view.
Delete selected rows
Delete all selected items from the document.
Delete from Online Catalog
Market the delete flag for all selected items. They will be deleted from the Amazon.com online catalog after the inventory file is uploaded to Amazon.com.
Do Not Delete from Online Catalog
Clear the delete flag for all selected items. They will NOT be deleted from the Amazon.com online catalog after the inventory file is uploaded to Amazon.com.
Set “Export” Flag
Set the export flag for all selected items. The flag is used during export process to control whether the item will be exported or uploaded.
Clear “Export” Flag
Clear the export flag for all selected items. The flag is used during export process to control whether the item will be exported or uploaded.
Customize Columns
Customize the display data field and their column position in the product list view.
Show Horizontal Line
Toggle the horizontal line of the product list view.
Show Vertical Line
Toggle the vertical line of the product list view.
Market Info View
The market info view displays the market competition information of a selected item in the product list view. It consists of the overview pane and market offers pane .

Overview Pane of the Market Info View
The Overview Pane locates at the left side of the market info view. It shows the overview of the market competition status data.

Status
It displays the competitive status of your market offering. For details of the meanings of status, click here .
My Price
Your sale price of the item.
Competing Price
The market competing price calculated from the offers of other third party vendors. The calculation is based on the setting in the price check options . The status is computed from the comparison of “My Price” and “Competing Price”.
Amazon Price
The price offered by Amazon.com.
Listing Price
The manufacturer’s listing price.
Rank
The sales rank provided by Amazon.com. It tells how well the product is sold in Amazon.com.
Others
They list the number of offers and the lowest price in each condition.
Market Offers Pane

The pane consists of the following items:
Product Name
It locates at the up left side of the pane.
Comments
It locates at the up right side of the pane.
It lists all the third party offers that meet the criteria you defined in the “price check” options . Offers that do not meet the criteria are filtered out.
The offers in the “compare” tab are your competitors. The competing price and your offer status are computed based on the statistic calculation of the offers listed in the “compare” tab.
New, Used, Collectible and Refurbished Tab
It listed all the third party offers in each condition.
Browse Button

This button is to browse the Amazon.com website for the third party offers of the selected product.
Detail View
The detail view displays the detailed information of a selected product.

There are few different ways to switch from the product list view to the detailed view. The first way is double click the selected item in the product list view. The second is click the detail button of the view switch toolbar. The third is use menu “View / product details”.

Product image
The image of the product is fetched from the image URL and displayed at the bottom right side of the window. By default, the image URL is the medium size product image in Amazon.com unless the “Image Url” data field is set. In that case, the image is fetched from the link provided by the “Image Url” data field. Since the image is fetched from a remote server, an online connection is required.
Function buttons

Function buttons locate at the center of the view. The up and down arrows are used to browse through the product list. If any changes are made in any data fields, the “Accept Changes” and “Discard Changes” buttons are activated.
New Item View
The new item view is used to add a new item, one at a time. The window is brought up by click the new button of the view switch toolbar or the menu item “View / New Item”.

The new item view is same as the detailed view except it’s for adding new items. Enter data fields into their corresponding data fields. The product ID can be scanned in using a barcode reader, such as CueCat. If the entered product ID field is an valid ISBN number, the program automatically contacts Amazon.com and downloads the product information.
After completing the data entries, use function buttons located at the center of the view to “Add” or “Discard” the new item.
