Export and Upload

 

The export menu is used to export the inventory data into a text data file or upload directly into Amazon.com.

 

• Upload to Amazon – upload the SellerMagic ALT inventory data as inventory loader file to Amazon.com
• Upload a file to Amazon – upload an outside inventory loader file to Amazon.com
• Export to inventory loader file – export the SellerMagic ALT inventory to an external inventory loader file
• Export to text data file – export the SellerMagic ALT data to a text data file.

 

Upload to Amazon

This function uploads the SellerMagic ALT inventory data directly to Amazon.com.

 

The account and password are conveyed from the system configuration options. For upload options, please refer to the section “upload and export options”.

 

Click “Upload” button to start the upload process. The SellerMagic ALT will convert the inventory data to an Amazon inventory loader file and then upload the file to Amazon.com site.

 

 

 

 

Upload a File to Amazon

 

This function uploads a previously generated Amazon.com inventory loader file to Amazon.com site.

 

The account and password are conveyed from the system configuration options. For upload options, please refer to the section “upload and export options”.

 

Use the “file” button to select the file and then click “Upload” button to start the upload process.

 

 

 

Export to Inventory Load File

 

This function exports the inventory to an Amazon.com inventory loader file. This file can then be uploaded to Amazon.com through the“Upload a file to Amazon” function. It can also be imported back to the SellerMagic ALT through the import process.

 

For export options, please refer to the section “upload and export items option”.

 

Export to a Text Data File

This function exports the SellerMagic ALT inventory data to a plain, tab delimited text file.

 

For export options, please refer to the section “upload and export items option”. This file can be imported back to the SellerMagic ALT in the import process.

Listing Option

Upload to Zshop and Marketplace

Upload the inventory to both zshop and marketplace in Amazon.com

Upload to Zshop Only

Upload the inventory to ZShop only and not to Marketplace.

 

Upload Mode Option

Repricing

In this mode, only price and SKU will be uploaded to Amazon.com, all the other fields, such as quantity will not be uploaded. Therefore, Amazon.com will only update the price and leave other fields unchanged.

This option is particularly useful in re-pricing process. Otherwise, if transactions occurred between your inventory download and upload, the quantity in the Amazon.com will be out of sync with your actual inventory.

If an item is marked as delete from Amaon.com, this option will NOT allow the delete flag be uploaded to Amazon. Therefore, Amazon.com will NOT do the deletion after the upload.

Add /Modify/Delete

In this mode, all fields of your local inventory will be uploaded to Amazon.com. New items will be added into your Amazon.com inventory and items with delete flag will be removed from your online inventory. If an uploaded item already exists in your online inventory (identified by SKU), Amazo.com will update the item will all the fields in your file.

Purge /Replace

In this mode, your Amazon.com inventory will be completely purged and replaced with your local copy.

Upload or export all items in your local inventory

Items with export flag set

This option will only upload or export items that have their export flag set.
